Our contribution
Refurbishment of and very old mansion house/castle to create new commercial office space consisting of:

• Protection and shuttering of existing carved staircases during works. • Overhaul of existing 300+ sash windows, including replacement pulleys, sash cords and weights. • Manufacture and supply of gothic bathroom cabinets and mirrors • Supply and fit of several kitchens, mail room and reception desk • Supply and fit of several new 4 and 6 panel fire rated doors and frames throughout. • Upgrading existing doors to meet fire spec. • Supply and fit of new door and window ironmongery throughout • Supply and fit of WRC wall cladding to new extension • Supply and fit of decking to cafe courtyard • Supply and fit of louvered a/c unit covers to courtyard • Skirting, Architrave and dado rail replacement to various areas.
